A Cast Iron Wood Airplane Propeller Hub from the Classic Curtiss OX-5 Engine in Excellent Condition with Bolts, Nuts and Washers.

This rare hub shows no pitting, rust, cracks, warping or repairs.  Airworthiness to be determined by a qualified A & P Mechanic.

The OX-5 (water-cooled V-8 making 90HP) was designed by Aviation Legend Glenn Curtiss and dates to 1910.  It gained fame as the original engine of the Curtiss JN-4 "Jenny" and was utilized on a variety of sport aircraft after WWI.

Dimensions:  Hub width 6",  Hub height  5 1/2",  Fits a propeller thickness of 3 3/4"- 4"
