We welcome you to visit our showroom at 13 Hercules Street, Tullamarine to collect your purchase at no cost if you wish. Please let us know when you will be collecting so we can assure the item is at the front of our warehouse and available for collection. It's a great opportunity to see our vast range of items; we love to meet our customers!

Australian Deliveries - Non fragile small items under 20kgs

We use Australia Post - Parcel Post to deliver anywhere in Australia including PO Boxes. We use a Road Express service which has track & trace capabilities and the tracking number will be provided when the item has been dispatched. If you require a faster delivery service please phone us to see what we can do for you.

International Deliveries - Non Fragile small items under 20kgs

Bali Abundance use Australia Post to courier our items internationally using Premium Air services. We use your location and weight of the item to tailor the cheapest air service available. If you would like a quote, please contact us via email. International Delivery times vary between 2-4 weeks. We will mark your item as a 'gift' on the customs declaration in hope that duties and taxes are not incurred upon entry into your country.

Removalist - Furniture and bulky items

We have compiled a list of removalists we recommend if you wish to courier one of our items. We strongly recommend you do not use an ordinary transport provider to move this piece; our items do not come flat packed. Any transport arranged by a customer is at your own risk, we check over all our items prior to pick up to ensure they are in good working order. The removalists listed have collected from us in the past and provide an excellent service.

Mirrors

If you are unable to collect the Mirror from our warehouse, we recommend contacting Greyhound Bus Lines on (03) 9953 7070 and ask for Cheryl. Greyhound utilise the storage compartment underneath the bus and are excellent at transporting sensitive flat items. In order to assure the safe arrival of the mirror, we charge a $30.00 packaging fee using customised 'Mirror' boxes, bubble wrap and other packaging items. We highly recommend Greyhound for transporting our Mirror's; however any transport arranged by the customer is at your own risk.

Crating - Basin's, Pots, Bathtubs, Statues

If you would like to arrange transport of this item to a rural or interstate location, we have found that a custom crate and ordinary transport provider may be a cheaper option than a removalist. For a Fee of $25.00 we will build a custom timber open crate.

Previous customers have used www.e-go.com.au for transporting crated items. When entering in the dimensions of the piece, please add an additional 5cm onto each dimension to allow for the crate. You are transporting this item at your own risk; we will do everything possible to secure the item within a crate to withstand transit.

Paintings Policy

If you would like our paintings or wall art delivered to you, please send us a message through the "Contact Us" page with your Postcode and Suburb and the name of the artwork. We will then forward you a quote for the packaging and courier of your item. We use bubble wrap and a hard cardboard picture box to package artwork. Please note, transport will be at your own risk, we take all the necessary precautions to ensure our items are packaged well for transit.

Returns

Returns and Refunds Policy

What make our products unique to the market are the materials and craft of recycled or aged wood. We do not provide refunds for any reasonable detrition, discolouration or natural defects in the items purchased as this is what creates character. Majority of our furniture is made from Tropical Hardwood species; some minor cracking for the dry climate in Australia is expected over time.

Online Returns

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via post to the address below or in person to our Tullamarine (Vic) store within 7 days from the date of delivery. Return postage costs will be at your expense, unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, postage will be reimbursed by Bali Abundance after we have been notified of the fault and the items are retuned. Please note, we will not reimburse international or express services. In some instances we may request photos or documentation to be sent through prior to the return of your item. Please contact our friendly staff on 03 9077 2357 or email annette@baliabundance.com.au if your wish to return an item.

We encourage you to return your parcel via traceable postal services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by Bali Abundance. A refund or exchange will not be provided until the goods are received at the address below.

Items on 'Sale' will not be exchanged for a change of mind. Credit notes cannot be exchanged or refunded and will expire 3 months from the purchase date. There are no refunds on 'SECOND' items.

If you change your mind on a purchase, we will exchange your item or provide a credit voucher. You must return the item within 7 days (inclusive) from the date you received the goods or placed a deposit to purchase goods. If you item was purchased through an online auction site such as eBay - the eBay seller fees that Bali Abundance occurred will be deducted from the Exchange or credit note amount.

About Us

Bali Abundance was founded by Annette Moseley in 2006 shortly following a family holiday to the popular Australian tourist destination Bali. It had been 20 years since Annette had travelled to Indonesia, yet the love for the country and its people was stronger than ever. Annette saw the opportunity to combine her love and passion for Bali into a business opportunity in Australia and so the hard work began.

Bali Abundance has had an online presence selling through eBay from the beginning, and continues to do so today. The online store is now complimented by a 500sqm Warehouse in Hercules Street, Tullamarine, Victoria. In 2015 we have received over 4900 reviews through eBay with a 99% average on positive feedback!

We specialise in importing a combination of antiques, reproductions as well as modern and retro designs in Furniture, Garden, Bathroom and Bedroom pieces plus many more. We work with our customers to bring in custom made pieces to suit their specific needs as well as stock a large range within our warehouse/showroom for the public to shop from. Container loads arrive throughout the year keeping our range fresh and up to date with the change in trends.

We have recently launched a new Bathtub and Basin Terrazzo Resin range with huge growth potential and have a new range in Homewares due to arrive in June 2015.

In 2014 Bali Abundance won an award for Retailer of the year by the Hume City Council which was a fantastic achievement.
