MOST POSTAGE CHARGES ARE FOR FOR UK MAINLAND ONLY.   WE DO SHIP OVERSEAS WITHIN SOME EU COUNTRIES ONLY. PLEASE DO NOT BID IF YOUR COUNTRY IS NOT INCLUDED, OR THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL SURCHARGES TO BE ADDED.


There will be an extra charge for deliveries to: Northern & Southern Ireland and any islands that are part of Scotland & Wales. Also Isle of Wight and Isle of Man and any other off-shore locations. Please email before purchasing if you would like to know the additional costs.


Most deliveries are by recorded courier on a 48hr service. Deliveries to Ireland and remote locations take longer.


If you have purchased more than one item, delivery costs will be adjusted if we are able to send the items together in one box.


Please report any damaged items or shortages via email within 48hrs of receipt.

 

WARRANTY REPAIRS & RETURNS

We state in each description the type of warranty with the item. Due to the type of units we work with some might be faulty and being sold for parts, you must check before placing your bid.

If a problem does occur within the warranty period, please contact our office by email. We are happy to assist with technical advice and we always do our best to resolve the situation to avoid the extra cost of returning items to base. 

If you still need to return the item you are initially responsible for paying the postage.  If a fault is confirmed by our technical team we will repair or replace the item.  We will return the item to you at our expense and refund your reasonable additional postage cost. 

Our warranties cover hardware problems only.  We cannot assist with software problems. If you return an item you must back up your data as we accept no responsibility for any data that my be lost whilst the item is in our possession.
