Hat is from the Nov 2016 Legion of collectors box.  This month's theme was batman villains.  Hat is brand new.  It is an adjustable hat so one size fits most.  I will ship in a small box.  Feel free to contact me with any questions.

Grading

I am not a professional grader.  I follow Overstreet’s guide to grading.  I try to keep it lower rather than going high.  I also always include a lot of photos and scans so you can try best to see for yourself.  Also I am more than happy to take more photos if you want a close up of anything
