Musical Fidelity V-CANII with AC adapter power supply in very good condition. This outstanding compact headphone amplifier has been upgraded by Big Sky Audio, LLP with audio grade parts to improve sound quality. Designed in the UK; made in Taiwan. One of the best sounding headphone amplifiers that Musical Fidelity has made and with a better high end than the Creek OBH-11. These V-CANII headphone amplifiers were introduced in 2013 and sold out very quickly and are somewhat difficult to find these days.

Opamp has been changed to a Burr Brown OPA4227 and an Augat premium gold DIP socket installed to facilitate easy Opamp change for possible sound enhancement. Input capacitors are now Nichicon Muse ES, bypass capacitors are Nichicon FG, and power supply capacitance has been doubled using Nichicon KW series. Output capacitors are Panasonic SU bipolar type.

The circuitry is the same as the earlier V-CAN but the series II features revised casework enclosure and eliminated the black color with graphics and lettering.
