RETURNS

Postage costs are not refundable and it is the buyer's responsibility to send the item back to us within 7 days of recite. Item(s) that are being returned for an exchange or refund must be in the original condition with all packaging.

SHIPPING

Goods will be posted within 24-48 hours of payment being received. We post 5 days a week. Item bought on Friday afternoon will be posted on Monday morning. We ship via Australia Post. Please note that we will ship your item to Paypal address. It is your responsibility to double check your address and make sure you have resent address on your files. Additional postage and handling fees will be charged for any item that is returned to us as uncollected or undelivered. We will happily combine items for you into a single shipping price. When you have finished shopping, kindly contact us so we can do this for you.

POSTAGE TIMES

Delivery time will vary depending on your location and usually is between 2-7 working days within Australia. Unfortunately we are then at the mercy of Australia Post. It would seem in recent times their performance is sadly lacking. 99.9% of our parcel are delivered within this time, but sometimes transit time can take even up to 6 weeks. If needing your item right away we highly encourage you to use express post checkout. Please allow sufficient time for delivery. Australia Post does not deliver on weekends and public holidays. If delivery takes more than 21 days please contact us ASAP.  If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, our carrier (Australia Post) will leave a card so you can pick-up your Product from your local Post Office. We will use our reasonable efforts to deliver your Products to you within the 14-21 days; however, we do not guarantee that we will deliver within this time frame. Title and risk of loss to all Products will pass to you on delivery.

CHRISTMAS ISLANDS

Please note that regular post to Christmas Islands can take up to 3 months or longer. Please choose express post at the checkout as this will take only a week.

REMOTE AREAS

Delivery to remote areas take longer. Please contact us first to know exact time for delivery to your area.

Delivery of your purchase is by Australia Post – Post e-Parcel. Delivery which supplies us with tracking and a signature on receipt of your parcel. We make every effort to deliver your smoothly and securely. If your Product has not arrived within 21 days, please contact us. We do not take responsibility for parcel lost in transit while using this service.

EXPRESS POST

If you are within express post network you should be receiving your item the next day or two. If you have not received your item within this time frame please contact us and we will start investigation with Australian post. We do ask for your patience in delivery and should you have any concerns please contact us first.

INSURANCE

Please not that while we use fairly reliable postal system, there are possibilities that 1 in 1000 parcel gets missing in Australian Post system. That is why we advise to insure your item. If you wish your item to be insured let us know. We will add $1.20 on top of your postage charge.
