Authenticity

All of our jewellery is guaranteed to be genuine and authentic PANDORA jewellery and each piece has the PANDORA hallmarks of authenticity:

ALE – PANDORA ’s unique hallmark, and

S925 – international standard for all sterling silver jewellery*, or

585 – international standard for all gold jewellery

* beginning in June 2011 PANDORA has added an 'S' in addition to 925, a change in the international standard to identify silver jewellery. Some of the older charms will still have no 'S' and only the traditional 925.

We source all of your jewellery from an authorised PANDORA stockist and we buy in large quantities and for this reason are able to offer some great prices.

Fixtures

Please also note, all charm fixtures are different, please contact me if you have a problem attaching your charm. Charms can be slide on, screw on or clip on.

Each item will be sent with a Pandora black pouch or Pandora pop up box

Shipping Terms

All our items are shipped from the UK using Royal Mail Recorded service We try to get all orders dispatched within 1 working day so items should be delivered within a few days. Please allow slightly longer delivery time for public holidays etc.

If you require your item sooner I offer a next day delivery option for an additional £4 please select postal option when purchasing.

Delays

All items are sent recorded delivery with proof of post along with tracking number. Sometimes there are delays with Royal Mail which are out of my control please bare this in mind when giving feedback for dispatch time. I am unable to put in a Royal Mail claim until 15 working days as Royal Mail does not class an item as lost till after this time. If your item has not arrived after 15 working days please contact me and I will start the claim process for you.

Outside of UK

I offer shipping option outside of the UK using Ebay's Global Shipping service. Please note this is arranged by Ebay using a third party. A tracking number will be provided for you to fully track your item and you are fully protected through Ebay buyer protection. If there is an issue or delay with your item using this service please contact a Ebay customer service directly as they will help you with your query as they arranged the shipping on your behalf.

If you are paying by Paypal you will need to ensure that the correct postal address is updated in your Paypal account.

To maintain both buyer and seller protection in the event of a lost or missing parcel we will only post to the address selected in your Paypal account which is nominated as the shipping address when you go to checkout and pay.

Payment

We accept PayPal and will ship to verified PayPal addresses only.
