Like New White Apple iPhone 4S.  It was always kept in a LifeProof case so there are no scratches.  The original box, earbuds, and charging cord are included (the plug for the USB cable in not included - I always charge the phone in my laptop).  The green LifeProof case is also included.  It will protect the phone from scratches and shattered screens, but it is missing the gasket so it is NOT waterproof.
