receiving your item. All return goods should be sent back to us within 14 days

items must be returned to us in the original condition with original packaging
with all labels and tags still attached, suitable for re –sale. We advise you to send your parcel using a tracking service i.e. 1st Class
Recorded Delivery. This service will provide you with a tracking number which
will help you track your parcel. Your refund will be issued within 2 working days from the delivery of
the item. A refund can be given only if the item is
returned within the specified above time limit. Please note a payment for
postage both ways is the responsibility of the customer when returning the item
to us. When you are returning parcels to us please make sure you include all
your personal details inside the package. The parcel is your responsibility
