Items being sent outside of the EU are via a Royal Mail International postage service.

All items are sent with the correct customs declaration signs, this document states exactly what’s in the package to all Non EU destinations.

Please allow up to 28 days for your item to be delivered, as customs can cause delays.

Missed Delivery:
Most of our items are received within five working days from the dispatch date.

Customers are advised to check with their local post sorting office, should they not receive their item after 7 working days (14 days for EU customers and 28 days for rest of the world).

If you miss your item when your post person attempts to deliver, then the item will sent to your local sorting office. The post person should leave you a card to let you know when your item will be ready for collection.

Royal Mail will return the item to us after 7 working days should the item not have been collected by the customer. Additional postage payments will be required to be paid for us to resend your item.

Lost Mail:
The Royal Mail and MyHermes postage networks process thousands of items per day, in the unfortunate case of your item not arriving within 15 working days; it will be considered lost in the post. In this instance we would need to follow the Royal Mail process for lost postage and will require some assistance from you to file a claim.

You will be provided with a replace item, or a full refund for the cost of the item where is there is no substitute item available.

Cancellation:
You are entitled to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods (We’d rather you didn’t, but you have a legal right to do this under the distance selling regulations).
