Shipping Policies and Information
We ship typically every day (Monday through Sunday). Many items will be shipped same day before 4pm EST, if not they will be shipped the following business day. Please note we do ship weekends and most holidays!
We have designed a special rugged cardboard to help protect your purchases during shipping. For domestic small stack purchases, we ship USPS First Class in a large envelope. Over that, we ship Priority Mail Flat Rate Padded, and for even larger purchases we have a large selection of box shapes to protect your purchases.
We have a wide variety of collectibles and pop culture items, and everything in our inventory will combine and ship together. Discounts are available both for foreign and domestic purchasers, so please ask for invoices when combining items to receive the best deal.
Currently, gaming items ship to domestic US addresses by weight with a weight reduction per item purchased, and FREE at a gaming item total of $50 or greater.
International Purchasers are welcome! All international purchases are shipped by weight. Everything we sell can be combined. A NOTE ABOUT CUSTOMS: We ship everything as Merchandise, and list all information as accurately as possible. We do this in the hope that there is no delay with customs and your items arrive quickly. We take no responsibility for issues in customs delays or duties you may owe. It may also take up to 8 weeks to clear customs depending on the items you have purchased.
Return Policies and Information
We accept all returns. If you received your purchases and decided you wish to return them, you have 14 days to repackage and send them back. You will have to pay postage for your return, and we will take a 20% restock fee out of your refund. Simply initiate a return through eBay’s automated system. We will refund you once we receive your items and confirm that they are in the same condition as when they were sent out. Sealed items must be returned sealed.
