If you have chosen to click and collect at an Argos Store, we will send the item to the store you specified. You will be notified that your order is ready for collection and you will be given a collection code to take to the store. The item has to be collected within 7 days of it arriving at the Argos store.

Your item will be shipped with Parcelforce Express48 Tracked.
If you are not happy with your item please return in the original packaging within 14 days. Goods must be returned carriage paid, and in the same condition you received it. A full refund of purchase price will be made by the same method as the payment was made. Postage and packaging will not be refunded.

If your item is faulty or we have sent you something different to what you ordered, again please return it to us within 14 days and we will give you a full refund including postage and packaging.
