We Do not have term dates: We are open to orders Monday to Saturday from 9.00am to 6.00pm. However, you can also contact us via phone. We also endeavor to respond to any email enquiries within 24 hours including Sundays.

PayPal: Like all sellers on eBay we use PayPal as our primary method of receiving payments. If you wish to pay via PayPal make sure you select PayPal as your payment method.
Debit / Credit Cards: We accept all major Debit / Credit cards except American Express. This service is available on all international payments in addition to those from within the UK. We only have the function to take Debit / Credit cards over the phone, so should you wish to use this service please ring 01234 880956.
Bank Transfer: We accept bank transfers from UK and International customers. If you need to pay for an item via bank transfer please contact us for our sort code and account number. International customers will also need our IBAN and SWIFT codes. Once payment has cleared you will be notified and your items will be dispatched.
Cash On Collection: This is available only if you have pre-arranged this with us either via phone or email. We welcome all customers and visitors to try on our garments first.

Delivery and postage
UK Customers
All items ordered before 2:00PM Monday ? Friday and 10:00AM Saturday will be posted on the same day. We also offer Next Day Express Delivery (Saturdays available upon request) at a small additional cost. Should you decide to use our Express Delivery service we advise calling us on 01234 880956 to guarantee your item is posted without delay. If you need to provide us with any additional information please do so when ordering, otherwise your shipment may be delayed.
All items under £10.00 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class post.
All items over £10.00 are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For or My Hermes.
All orders over £100.00 are sent by DHL courier.
International Customers
We ship all items world-wide. Although we offer two delivery options: Airmail Small Packets and International Signed For, we highly recommend the later as it includes both tracking and contents cover. Delivery time may vary depending on your location but is usually 5-7 days within the EU and 7-14 days world-wide.

UK Customers
Returns and Exchanges are accepted for up to 30 days. For items that have been opened we kindly ask that you package them in similar manner to how they were received and post to our warehouse address.
