THE CONDITION IS VARIOUS. SOME ARE IN GREAT CONDITION, SOME PROBABLY ARE NOT. I HAVE NEVER PLAYED ANY OF THEM, THEY HAVE BEEN SITTING ON A SHELF FOR YEARS. I look over each record to make sure it isn't broken or cracked, unfortunately, sometimes because they are so dirty, we can miss the crack visually, so now, we are taking our fingers and moving the record in a circular fashion around and around. if the record comes to you cracked or broken, unfortunately, we cant do anything about it.this happen sometimes due to the frailness of these old records. all the records are being sold as and where as , there are no guarantees of any sort of any record being original or being a copy. I find these records in homes and i never play them, so if the record skips or there is background noise, i can't do anything about it. there are no exchanges , no partial returns, no complete returns.
