FLATTOP Folk GUITAR

Made in Germany (probably Bubenreuth) around the beginning 1960s

about 98,5cm total length, scale lenght approximately 64cm

- solid quality spruce top with nice wooden fishbone purfling edge and white celluloid binding, also around the soundhole
- solid parlor O size shaped maple body, lower bout 36cm, center bout 21,2cm, upper bout 26,3cm, sides hight about 7,7cm - 9cm, slightly flamed bookmatched back
- straight slim maple neck with mahogany reinforcement stripe, open headstock. blackened fingerboard with 18 frets + zerofret, pearl dot markers, original nut (bone?), width at nut 43mm
- original 6pin mahogany bridge with round steel saddle, ebony pins
- ebony button
- missing sticker inside

Except a well closed/glued crack in the solid top below the bridge - Please see pictures - there are no other cracks or damages on this fine guitar

The guitar is in age related good original condition and fully playable with good string action ( 3mm E1 on 12th fret )
The original  varnish is showing laquer cracks (vintage factor) and other wise harmless signs of the time. The tuners are probably not original and were replaced earlier


Fingerboard and frets are showing no signs of wear, the frets were rounded, the fingerboards has been cleaned and oiled


The 0.010 strings are new
