A Versatile Machine
With the pre-loaded programs I can go from hunting Civil War relics, to hunting tot lots, to hunting the beach, and know that I have the best detector for the job. The 3 frequency analyze function really works great for identifying trash or treasure before you dig. I ordered mine with the wireless headphones. It's a pleasure to use without worry of tangling cords in the underbrush, or being tethered to the detector when you dig.
I have a White's Prizm IV that I love, and has made me a loyal White's customer. Made in USA, excellent customer service, and leading edge technology. You can't go wrong!

It's Like Magic!!!
I'll admit the learning curve is a little steep but once you "get it" There's no stopping it. Today, I got a 36 VDI that I wasn't going to dig it and when I got about 6' further Something said "go back and dig that signal". When I did there was 4 nickels in the hole. It could have been gold but there's a lesson here as everyone knows!!!

I love White's metal detectors because the great customer support and amazing products. I have faithfully used a Spectrum XLT and I recently upgraded to a V3i with wireless headphones. I can't believe how easy it is to use. I have added to my collection many great coins and relics thanks to this machine.
Excellent and easy
This is my 5th White's product--started with a White's 2DB back in 1983.
Never thought I could find so many OLD coins in areas that have been pounded by others.
I am constantly amazed at the finds others have missed--I pulled Large cents, Barbers, and even a Walking Halve at 7 inches this past summer in areas that have been searched for decades.

Super Detector in the dirt
I love the depth that the V3i is putting out. We have been finding Indian heads and Wheat Pennies at over 10 inches in the coin and jewelry mode in the factory settings. This machine can be used for a newbie and a veteran in in this hobby. Keep up the great work White's!!!!
Whites V3i goes as deep as the much higher machines
The Whites V3i is the best detector on the market, and the Whites staff is Great.

Coin finder menace sand or soil.
Parks or beach you name it fills your pouch or pocket in a buldge. More nickles are saved now not to mention silver items(i have mine set for it) My V3i"Mighty Gorgo" makes me always a happy owner Two thumbs up for this winner.

I have been a V3i owner for a couple of years now. Hands down it is the best detector out on the market and I have tried some of the others out there. The battery life is outstanding and the pinpointing is simple and dead on!
Also the battery life was outstanding!! After 8 hours of continuous hunting without turning off the machine for a short break, I still had plenty of battery life to keep on going
