All returned items must be BRAND NEW and in UNWORN condition. ALL other items that were included in the packaging must be returned ( tags, stickers, boxes, and user manuals). Free gifts (if any) are part of the transaction and have to be returned as well. Or, the free gift price will be deducted from the refund amount.
This item will be strictly inspected when RETURNED. If there are any scractches found or any signs of usage if will be return to the buyer at his or her expense and refund will not be processed. SERIAL NUMBERS are recorded on our end.

The warranty excludes all "external damages" to the watch case, bracelet, strap, crown/stem, crystal/glass, finishes, scratches, gold plating, power cell, damage by ware and tare, physical abuse, accidental, misused, water damage and/or usage not according to the manufacturer's specifications and instructions. Any alteration or repair performed by someone other than Watch Warehouse will null and void the warranty and we disclaim all liabilities. All shipping and handling costs are customer's responsibility. This warranty card is valid only when accompanied by a copy of our invoice. Our supplier use only genuine parts.
