You are bidding on the pictured framed oil painting signed by P. Rambert.  The painting depicts a cityscape with a couple walking in the foreground.  The frame is gilded wood in fine condition, there is no hanging apperatus.  Upon close inspection there are two 3/4-1" scratches that appear to be defects above the city skyline in the background.  The painting measures 7.5" x 9.5" and approx 13.5" x 15.5" framed.
