I'm selling some of my Marilyn Monroe prints.
This one is an Andre de Dienes cibachrome print from a limited edition of 91 (this is image no. 80) authorised and hand signed by his wife Shirley de Dienes (Andre's widow and executor) and bought by me around 2005/6 through One West Publishing. It's an 11 x 14 inch print. It came with a certificate of authentication signed by Shirley de Dienes. The images show the back and front of the print and the COA.
You are buying the whole lot - the print and the COA.

The photo has never been framed or displayed. I have kept it safe in a box since I bought it so it's in pristine condition. The print includes some signs that it was indeed taken from an original negative: what looks like a stray hair; a few black dots. In particular there is a glint in Marilyn's eye which is probably a glint of light. The glint is shown in all the images of this shot that I can find using Google's search engine. I am pointing these instances out in case you don't notice them; they are part of the print and can only be seen when looking at the photo close-up like I just have. There may be other similar instances but I can't see them. It's a beautiful print.

If you purchase the print and it is not possible to safely deliver it to you by tracked and signed post I reserve the right to cancel your order and re-advertise. I will ship, fully insured, by quality courier or post service. I will not accept returns.

It's difficult for me to price this beautiful print which was authorised by Andre de Diennes estate rather than actually printed by him and I am, therefore, open to offers.

Reason for selling: I need cash for home improvements and a planned house move. I'm also downsizing. Over many years now I've been using ebay to down size/resize my collections of vinyl records, CDs, hi-fi equipment and camera gear. Now I've decided to sell some of my old Hollywood collectibles. My most recent feedback relates to my home improvements and camera gear sell off. I can find only one piece of feedback (see page 5 of my seller feedback) that relates to my sale of Hollywood collectibles (buyers/dealers? don't seem to like to leave feedback): my sale of a beautiful original 1930s photo of Marlene Dietrich but at least that's something to prove that I have sold Hollywood collectibles before.

I'm also selling a Bert Stern lithographic print of Marilyn signed by Bert Stern please see my other adverts.
