Description: Beautiful very fine banknote from Guatemala. This is the Guatemala Banco Agriccola Hippotecario (Bank of Agricultural Mortgage) 50 Pesos currency note. The note is a Caja Reguladora reissue having two sets of serial numbers one in red and the other in blue. This note has the red serial number of 70981 and the blue serial number 377381. The note was issued in February 4, 1926. This is Pick S104b and has the last date this type note was issued. It is graded by Paper Money Guaranty as Very Fine 20 Net with the net designation being due to PVC, which does not distract from the beauty of the note. This large size banknote is the black on red, blue and olive colored underprint and has the image of woman feeding birds in the center on the front. The back is orange in color with the image of lady liberty in the center. The note is intact with nice colors and has three signatures on the front. It is graded by PMG and comes sealed in a plastic enclosure seal. Please carefully review the scans as they are part and parcel of our description.

Condition: The note is graded by Paper Money Guarantee (PMG) as very fine 20 net with the net designation due to PVC. The note comes sealed in a plastic slab. The note has nice colors, shows soiling, but no tears, or pinholes. It shows folds, general wrinkling, and some minor stains. The corners are intact and have minor rounding, but no tears or losses.
