You are bidding on a Vintage Sprague Kwik-test Model KT-1 Capacitor Tester Sprague Electric Company, North Adams (MA). Powers On and Green light comes on when plugged in and moves (Opens and Closes) as you move the buttons toward either test position. I am as with all vintage electronics, because of age it is being sold as is. Does have some scratches and print off and needs a good cleaning. Look at the pictures and judge for yourself.
