All items are sent out in 2nd Class post, securely wrapped in bubble-wrap to keep the badge from slipping and sliding around. Because of this they must be sent as a Large Letter, so at some addresses a signature may be required for delivery. Proof of postage is obtained where possible, and all items have a return-to address in the event of a mis-delivery. We will not accept refund requests for missing items in the mail, unless the item is returned to our sending address first.
