These hats are made to order. Brand new never worn.

LUIGI FIRE hats are all hand sewn.  I made these for my sons party and they were a hit.  They measure 24 inches in circumference.   If you are looking for anything smaller or bigger please specify.  If you need anymore information OR looking for more hats than what I have listed, just email me how many and I will set up a listing for you. 
These hats are handmade.  I cut every piece of fabric and letter.  They are not a factory made piece and are not a license product.  These items come from a clean, smoke free home.
