Rare Vintage 9.5mm Silent Movie Film TAIL WAGGER THIEF - Cartoon – Mickey Mouse; may include others but not checked – Cardboard Box

The film is believed to be on a 5” Pathescope reel; please view photos before bidding  

The previous owner left with the films, in the box, a list of the films he owned, when he had last viewed it and his list indicated the following:

These films are believed to be early VINTAGE PATHESCOPE 9.5mm PROJECTOR FILM and may have been originally released in the late 1930’s/early 1940s

In original as found un-cleaned condition please see images for details and condition – includes separate 12” of clear film, this is loose in the round reel box

Therefore, please view the photos and take a ‘view’ on the actual contents. I do not know how long the film is or if it has been spliced together. I believe this film includes those titles indicated above, but as I do not have a projector, I am unable to confirm.

Please note that there may be some creasing, initially on the first few frames and some of the ‘notches’ in the film may not be perfect – see photos before bidding.

The reels appear to be in good condition, a little rust on parts.

I have not checked the movies and do not know if it is complete and it has not been checked to see if it is working; therefore, please view the photos before bidding.
