You are looking at a new in box Glinda as the Good Witch and the Wicked Witch of the West Kelly doll set. Part of the Wizard of Oz Kelly Club set... Released in 2003; Mattel #B8951. Wow!!

Included are the dolls and outfits.

The doll has never been removed from the box and is in mint condition. The box is in good overall condition but does have light wear around the edges. They still display great!
