A 19 Jewel hunting case J. Assmann in excellent condition, original stop works, very unusual silver gold and enamel dial, cleaned, take a very strong motion, very unusual setting mechanism, sets by depressing the crown engaging a slotted floating setting pinion, absolutely perfect for a wrist watch casing. I would rate this movement as mechanically perfect, cleaned and oiled but not brought to time. Measures 43.8mm by 7.4mm including the dial. Gold hour and minute hand, escape wheel, pallet fork and jewel settings, Diamond end stone on the balance, very rare separate bridge for the escape wheel. This watch has seen very little handling, absolutely as clean as it looks, replaced dial foot sometime in the past, dial has been refinished.
