It is also the buyers responsibility to know Ebay's policies, cancel their own bid, and/or submit a request to cancel their purchase. Our system is set automatically with Ebay's payment policy, so unpaid item cases will start automatically on the eight day, this can not be reversed even if you contact us about the delay. This happens if the item is not paid for within seven days. This will record negatively on a buyers account if the payment is not made before the case closes. If an unpaid item case is opened without the buyer contacting us, the item will be re listed for other buyers, and you will not be permitted to purchase from us again! To avoid this you must contact us or pay before the seventh day.
