Stamped 18K gold with further Swiss assay marks.

I am not knowledgeable about watches at all, so please make your own appraisals. I have tried to wind the watch and it doesn't turn. There is resistance which I don't want to try and go beyond and cause damage. The clock ticks for a period and I can see the seconds movement working and another cog, but then it stops.

The size is approx 3.8 cm in diameter. It weighs approximately 40g.
