Jaeger-LeCoultre Automatic 14K watch with LeCoultre signed bumper automatic movement
calibre 476/2, marked with the Vacheron Constantin VXN import code. The
movement, Jaeger-LeCoultre’s first automatic, is rhodium plated with an anti-shock
mounted balance wheel.
The two-tone dial is completely original with light patina
as seen in the pictures. It features raised applied gold Dauphine hour markers, numerals
and stick hands, with an inner chapter ring of fine gold dots.
The case is fully hallmarked 14K, made by L&K. It
measures ø 35mm by 13.5mm D. We date this watch to 1946-48.
The watch has been fully serviced and has a three-month
guarantee. It runs beautifully and looks it, too. We've fitted it with a new Hirsch black lizard leather strap.
