• Body: Looks near mint - There are some tiny scratches on the body
• Aperture free of oil. Aperture ring work very tightly
• Glass is clean - some SOFT cleaning marks inside - please see it by photo. Little dust inside - not matter for image quality. Inside some looks like "History marks" - I don`t find haze but some looks like a haze inside. many old lens have got the same problems. 
• Focusing rings/helicoid work properly
• Silver Tube have got little scratches
