All items must be returned within 14 days from original delivery. Returned Item should be in the condition it was received in and with the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for paying the shipping and handling charges for the exchange. There is a 20% restocking fee for all non-defective products returned. This includes problems with: compatibility, improper installation, etc.

 

Please allow 1-2 days for your refund to be process once we receive the item

 

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours after we have received your payment.

All of our parts are marked before they are dispatched, these markings include permanent marker pen and UV pen. Please do not remove or clean the marks off the part, if these marks are not visible to us on return no refund can be given and there is no exception to this Rule

If an item has been delayed or possibly lost by the courier, we can send you another one if we have it in stock, but payment of the replacement item will be needed. If we have not got another one in stock you have the choice of looking for another one from a different supplier or waiting for the delayed item, only after 15 days will the Courier allow a claim for the item being lost and only after 15 days can we claim for this item from the Courier and then we can reimburse you. Please remember you have asked us to send you the item via a courier so please understand that there is a risk of this happening and we have to abide by the Couriers rules
