HP Windows 8.1 Professional Operating System Restore DVD.  This item is Brand New OEM DVD and never used with the seal intact.

This disc can be used to re-install or repair an existing HP or Compaq Windows 8 / 8.1 Professional computer. This disc can also be used if you are upgrading or replacing your existing hard drive.

THERE IS NO PRODUCT KEY OR COA INCLUDED WITH THIS DISC,  THIS IS JUST A RESTORE DISC.

The product key should auto detect during the installation process and will show "Windows is activated" after the install.  If you need to manually enter a product key, It should be located somewhere on the PC or Laptop.

To comply with Ebay/VeRO OEM software policies, I will include a functioning (working) hard drive (extra shipping charge) upon request.  The hard drive will vary by size (80GB - 320GB) and brand.

CHOOSE 'Expedited Shipping' OPTION DURING CHECKOUT IF YOU WOULD LIKE THE HARD DRIVE SHIPPED.  Otherwise, you will only receive disc.

Shipping will usually be on the same or next business day.  Item will be shipped via USPS First Class with tracking unless you request a hard drive, then both the disk and drive will be shipped out USPS priority mail. Please verify your PayPal address and name.  We only ship to the address that shows up when we print the label within the eBay shipping process.
