Payment
Paypal is the preferred method of payment. Payment is expected within 5 days of the end of auction. If payment is not received, the item will be relisted, and a "non-paying bidder" claim will be filed.
Shipping
I ship within 2 business days of receiving payment. I do not profit off of shipping costs and will refund any difference of estimated and actual shipping charges immediately after shipping. Estate Vintage Co. is not responsible for any customs fees for international shipping ... including Duty Fees and VAT (Value Added Tax) Fees. Please do not ask me to lower the value on the customs form in order to avoid customs fees ... this is against the law. Also, if something were to happen to your item, the proper value would not be covered by insurance. We love to combine shipping and discounts will be given for multiple items ... so, bid away!!
I have recently had problems with shipping internationally (primarily with Australia and Canada) with First Class International via the USPS ... So, I will now only ship PRIORITY Mail Internationally. First Class International can be used - but only if the package is registered - which is an extra $11.50. I am not responsible for any packages lost in the mail.
Terms of Sale
All sales are final. Refunds are decided on an individual basis and are given only if the description was incorrect. Accurate measurements are taken by laying the garment flat and doubling the numbers for bust, waist and hips. Refunds are not given for a garment not fitting - please read the measurements. If you are unsatisfied, please contact me within five days of receiving your item.

SIZING: Dress form is a size Small with measurements as follows: Bust -32", Waist -24", Hips- 34. Larger garments are pinned for photos to show how garment should look. Please be sure to read measurements!! I take laid flat measurements of each item.
CONDITION: Although I am not a member , I use the condition guidelines of the Vintage Fashion Guild. I tend to be a stickler for condition statements , and every little thing is worth a mention.
VINTAGE CLOTHING CONDITION GUIDE
MINT: An item is as perfect and pristine as when it was originally made and shows no sign of wear. This is very rare for vintage clothing.
NEAR MINT: An item shows only the slightest signs of wear.
EXCELLENT: An item shows typical signs of wear due to occasional use.
VERY GOOD: An item is considered wearable, but has some surface flaws
GOOD: An item is wearable, but cannot be returned to excellent condition - even if repairs are made. Best for study.
