DELIVERY INFORMATION

• Items under 1kg are shipped via Royal Mail.
• Items above 1kg are shipped via UPS or Interlink Express.
• Items purchased above 1kg will be provided with a tracking number.
• Orders are normally same day however in some cases they will be posted out next working day.

DELIVERY TIMES

• 1 - 2 business day for order processing.
• 1 - 3 business days for Northern Ireland & UK shipments.
• 1 - 7 business days for International shipments.

All our items are delivered by courier (DHL Standard Services) or by post to the delivery address provided when you place your order. Once your order is confirmed, we will endeavor to deliver the goods within the delivery period that applies to the option you have chosen.

UK (domestic) orders include free next working day delivery via DHL Standard, a fully traceable service. We endeavor to get all orders dispatched on the same day. Additional services such as Pre 9 AM, 12 AM and Saturday deliveries are available for an extra cost.

International Orders are currently available within Europe and will be dispatched via UPS Standard or Interlink Express International Service, which for most EU countries is 3-5 working day service.

We do offer collections, however this needs to be arranged with us prior to visit by giving us enough time sot that we can get your machine ready. We currently do not offer Card Payment Facilities but Bank Transfer or Cash on Collection are the only two options.  Simply email to arrange an appointment; we are pretty flexible so if you cannot make it during office hours we will do our best to work around you

We offer a 28 day warranty during which time if any hardware failure occurs the unit will be repaired or replaced with like or better. if this is not possible a refund will be offered. All items covered under warranty will be fitted with tamper proof material, should this be damaged it will VOID your warranty. Any item listed as spares or repairs/sold as seen will have no warranty and no returns will be accepted. All sales are final, non paying bidders will be given a non payment strike by eBay, we must recover our fees as eBay charges us as soon as the purchase has been made. Postage is non refundable and it is the buyers responsibility to return the item to us as it was received.
