Samples: We do not personalise samples but we have blank sample invitations available which can be printed at home if required. Please request blank sample at time of ordering otherwise we will send any random sample. Please check design of available sample stock at time of ordering as samples ate sold too quickly due to high demand. We may not always have all designs and colour of samples as listed in pictures. Bulk Orders: It normally takes 2-3 weeks for most designs as all invitations are handmade and we need this much time Production time: 6-8 days (after proofing) Shipping time: 3-5working days Rush Orders: We do rush orders on some designs. Minimum Quantity of order is 50 on most of the designs but please ask for low quantity if required. Add On Items: We also make matching RSVP

Terms and Conditions 1. Please allow a minimum of 2-4 weeks when ordering your stationery. 2. A proof/s will be sent out to you and it is the customer’s final responsibility to check everything, paying particular attention to wording and spelling. By signing/dating and returning the proof/s you are agreeing that you have read the proof/s and everything is correct. we cannot be held responsible for any errors that have gone unnoticed after the proof/s has been signed. Any changes to wording or spelling must be made clearly in writing. Changes made by telephone will not be accepted. 3. If you require any amendments after confirming the proof/s are correct and printing of personalised details has commenced this will incur a charge to incorporate materials and labour invested. 4. Clients are fully responsible for obtaining copyright permission relating to designs etc. 5. You may cancel your order before die work but After this time payment must be made in full as work will have commenced on your order. 6. We cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit or for any damage that occurs when you post individual items to your guests. It is your responsibility to check the order once received and notify us of any damage that has occurred whilst in transit within 24hours of receipt. You are welcome to collect your order directly from us, by appointment. 7. All stationery is handmade and there will be very slight variations in each card. This is part of their make-up and does not mean they are faulty. 8. By placing an order you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. 9. Full refund is not possible once the order is personalised, we will provide replacement if there is an error on the order from us. 10. Material: Material may be slightly different on each order as we rely on suppliers of each product and market trend changes from time to time so sample pictures may be slightly different from the actual order that you would place on the base of individual colour scheme. 11. Wooden scroll sticks: we use wooden scroll sticks for most of our scroll sheets due to some quality issues with plastic costing ink. 12. Shipping : it is customers responsibility to order cards well before the wedding date as courier delays are expected in busy peak time. Please note delivery time is all subject to custom & clearance procedure. 13. Shipments which cross national borders may have to be cleared through Customs in the destination country prior to delivery to the Recipient. This process can delay your order sometime. 14. boxes come flat packed ready to be assemble in order to avoid damage in transit.
