CRYSTAL PROPERTIES

Blue Obsidian is a great communication stone as it activates the throat chakra. 

It is a stone that aids astral travel and enhances telepathic communications.

When used in healing it opens up the aura in readiness to receive the healing energy and can also be used to

enhance Reiki Healing encouraging the energy flow. 

Blue Obsidian is beneficial for Alzheimer's disease and schizophrenia.

Like other blue stones, Blue Obsidian can soothe inflammation, cool a fever, calm anxiety and absorb pain. 

USING YOUR CRYSTALS

When your crystal arrives take a little time to sit quietly with it in your hands. Take a few deep cleansing breaths and feel the energy of your new crystal. Set your intention for your crystal by visualizing the outcome you wish to achieve. You can say it aloud if you like. Your crystal is now ready to work with you. 

There are many ways you can use your crystal. Choose which one works for you.

• Carry your crystal with you in a pocket, purse or handbag.
• Keep it with you or place it on your desk while you work.
• Pop it under you pillow or by your bedside while you sleep.
• Place it on a sunny windowsill in your kitchen, living room or bedroom.

CLEANSING YOUR CRYSTALS

To get the greatest possible benefit from your crystals you should cleanse and charge them often. 

Here are some recommended methods:

• Rinse your crystals gently under running water and leave to dry.
• Place your crystals in the soil of a healthy houseplant for 24 hours.
• Hold your crystals in the smoke from a burning incense or sage stick.
• Leave your crystal on a windowsill in the moonlight overnight.
• Pop your crystal out in the sunshine for a few hours.
