Return Policy

• All item must be returned in the same condition as originally received.  Returns are only accepted within 30 days of product delivery.  We will issue full refund upon receiving and inspecting the item to see if the item matches the original description and/or serial number of item.
• NO RETURNS on all winning bids on auctions listed as “For Parts or Not working”.  Please read condition, description, and inspection notes carefully.
• We will not issue a refund unless item is returned.
• If you have re-exported the package out of the country, you will need to pay for International return shipping fees to complete the return. 
• There will be a 15% restocking fee for all return for refund.
• Shipping and handling will NOT be refunded in ANY situation.
