How will you receive your orders
.All of our sweets are packed to order and are filled inside a crisp, clear polypropylene bag. They are then heat sealed to keep the contents fresh and airtight. The final step is to attach a label showing full ingredients, allergy information and sell by date. All of our sweets have long dates because we take delivery of over 1000kg of sweets each week so you are guaranteed to always have fresh sweets. We have been selling for many years online and we randomly purchase from our competitors. Many of them supply their sweets inside sandwich bags which are not airtight and don't have any labels with ingredients or sell by date. Buy with confidence. Where full boxes or jars are purchased, they are supplied in their original retail packaging.

Delivery UK Mainland, Highlands & Islands

The majority of our items are free postage within UK mainland and are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class service. Royal Mail say to allow 4-6 working days for delivery although the majority of orders arrive on the 3rd working day. Orders being sent to Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland are free for orders under 1.9kg. Any orders over 1.9kg are sent by courier service and a surcharge will apply depending on your location. If your order is over 1.9kg and is being delivered to highlands and islands then please send me a message for accurate delivery costs.

Delivery Information
Our aim is to get your sweets to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition. We will endevour to send all orders within 48 hours of receipt. All orders under 2kg are sent by Royal Mail 2nd class post ( 3-5 working days ) and orders over 2kg are sent by FedEx courier service ( 2-3 working days ) We pack all loose sweets inside clear polypropylene bags which are heat sealed for freshness and a label is then attached which show full ingredients, sell by date and any allergy information.

Out of Stock Item
We carry thousands of items in stock and we get deliveries several times per week. Unfortunately from time to time we may run out of stock of an item which is waiting to arrive into stock. Should this happen we will notify you so you have the option to either choose an alternative, accept a full refund or wait until the item arrives back into stock. We will always keep you informed of the progress.
