* Free UPS Ground Shipping to the United States excluding Alaska and Hawaii.
* Payments received before 5pm EST Mon-Fri ship the same day, from Los Angeles, California. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
* Your shipment will arrive in 1-5 days depending upon your location.
* A tracking number will be provided on the day of shipment.

The shipping costs for any products that need to be returned to OnlyFactoryDirect are the buyers responsibility.

Returned items must be in the original packaging with all accessories included to receive a full refund. Contact OFD for return instructions. Once the item is received at the OFD warehouse, we will inspect the product and a refund will be issued within one week.
If the product has been altered or tampered with by the buyer, OFD reserves the right to refuse a full refund. All refunds will be issued in the same manner payment was received.
