You are buying 2 MULLARD CV4024 M8162 12AT7WA VALVE  made 1961/62 with the early Wrinkle glass used at the small Whyteleafe factory in South London  

They are both type 650 code SQ128 and SQ219 . Dificult to see wrinkled glass in a picture.
