I cannot tell you how many compliments I've gotten - especially from younger travelers who admire the obvious craftsmanship of 'old-world' leather bags like this. Made for well-heeled travelers before the 'plastic' era. This is one of my favorites! I fell in love with the name "Sky-Rocket" as soon as I saw it and had to have it. I've taken extra good care of it but no longer travel much.
This also makes a beautiful display piece for antiques collectors.
Would look great with exotic hotel and airline stickers applied.
Excellent Vintage Condition throughout with only a few age-appropriate scuffs.
Includes 1 key and 2 locking hangers. Locks work great. Slight staining along one edge of the hinged interior divider (seen open in photo #7, and closed in photo #8). The outside of this suitcase has a small grouping of 7 tiny pin-holes that were there when I bought it (seen in photo #2). One vintage hotel or airline sticker would easily cover that spot while enhancing the vintage look.
