INTERNATIONAL  ORDERS  VIA  USPS  FIRST  CLASS:  International  orders via USPS First Class Mail  International may take up to 40 BUSINESS days to be delivered, depending  on  each  particular  country's  postal  system.  We will not  process  any  claims for non delivery before this time is due. Slower delivery time  has  been  reported  by some of our international  buyers in Spain, and  Eastern European Countries. If you need your package to arrive sooner  than 40 days, please  upgrade  your  shipping to  Express  Mail International  from the  US postal service. Customs and duties: International buyers are  responsible for any duties/tariffs that may be incurred. Please contact your local customs office for an estimate of the charges. Effective May 16, 2012 until further notice, USPS will prohibit outbound international mailing of lithium metal or lithium-ion batteries and devices containing lithium batteries. This change is required by standards of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) and the Universal Postal Union (UPU). Under the rules of these international agencies, lithium metal or lithium-ion batteries cannot be sent as mail matter on international commercial air transportation, including to or from APO (Army Post Office), FPO (Fleet Post Office) and DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) locations. This prohibition does not apply to lithium batteries when mailed within the United States.

We DO NOT accept any product that is returned incomplete or in less than brand new condition. For all products returned that are not in accordance with this policy we may apply a minimum restocking fee of 15%. Customers remain responsible for the shipping and handling expenses incurred in shipping the item to them. If an item is offered with "Free Shipping," this means we are paying the freight on your behalf. If that product is returned for a refund, the shipping expenses incurred, will be deducted from the refund. If an item is refused, the carrier bills us for shipping both ways, and these expenses incurred on your behalf need to be deducted from your refund. Refunds are applied to the payment method used at the time of purchase 24-48 hours after receipt of the returned merchandise. We will send a product replacement after the authorized return has completed our receiving/inspection process.
