- We provide a 3 months warranty. This covers repair of the machine, labour and replacement where necessary.
- The warranty does not cover any software problem including damage by viruses or malware or the operating system failing. In the case of any software related problems we will do our best to help you but will not be responsible for the reparing the machine. Software disc is not included unless stated in the listing.
- The buyer is responsible for ensuring any games they own or purchase are suitable for the computer, we do not take any responsibility of any games that are not compatible as we don't test our computers with games.
- We do not take any responsibility for any damage which you have caused to the computer. For example (phisical damages).
- The computers are in used condition so they may have some scratches or scuffs which are cosmetic and will not affect the working of the machine.
TERMS OF SALE
- All our items are delivered fully packaged.
- Returns accepted within 14 days following the date of receipt.
- Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs.
