Royal says it all with this tree! This single stem palm has smooth rings accented by a pale gray trunk and a swollen middle or base. A tight crown of elegant plumes tops this off with arching feathers of brilliant bright green. Tiny, three petal, cup-shaped flowers bloom just below the crown anytime of the year.
