Rules: Winner to pay $3.50 postage regardless of shipping location. Materials are only sent using Registered Mail. We always combine multiple purchases into as few mailings as necessary. Buyer has to make initial contact within one (1) week of the purchase. Purchases that are not paid within a month from the purchase date will be reported to eBay's Resolution Center.
