This appears to be a MARSH M-5 with a STANLEY part.On the blade I can distinguish "M" and USA, but the pitting or paint covers the rest. Please note in the pics of the "cut-out" on the side to facilitate the moving of the wheel.The handle is strong,minimal rust,some pitting.
