It depends on the service. However, please understand USPS sometimes takes a while to deliver your item to you. Which is out of my control. If there is a delay in shipping, please contact me. I will investigate. As soon as I ship your item through PayPal address, you will receive the tracking number. must be returned in the same new condition and it the original packaging it was in when shipped. If you would like to return your purchase for any reason

within 14 days, you will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding any shipping costs and a 20% restocking

fee (20% of the purchase price) (Unless there is an error on my behalf).

  

PLEASE NOTE: 

 Due to health and hygienic concerns, we cannot accept returns for 

cosmetic and skin care items. We will only accept returns for items that 

are cellophane wrapped and unopened.
