Vehicle is used and sold "AS IS" with no warranty, guarantees or 

refunds. All information is to the best of sellers knowledge as seller is not a 

professional mechanic. A Paypal verified account is the only method

of payment accepted for down payment on the final purchase price.

Down Payment required for the purchase of said vehicle is $500.00 

non-refundable and due within 24 hours of auction ending

with the remaining balance due paid directly to the seller 

upon arrival for pick up of said vehicle at it's point of origin.

Vehicle must be picked up within 7 days of auctions end.

After 7 days have passed without contacting seller to make an extension

arrangement and is agreed upon in writing by seller, the full down 

payment of $500.00 will be forfeited and surrendered without

refund or any course of action for such and will be retained by the seller.

Vehicle may then be re-listed and offered for sale to other potential 

buyers. Vehicle is located in California and it is the buyers sole 

responsibility to pick up said vehicle within 7 days of auction end

and transporting of said vehicle by legal means.

Seller will provide buyer with location details and upon arrival to 

pick up said vehicle, buyer will be asked for remainder of full purchase

price payment due and owed to be paid in cash only,

proof of auction sale agreement and identity for verification as 

auction winner and purchaser, then buyer will be provided with bill of sale,

title and keys to said vehicle.
