As new in original packaging. Discontinued, unused  unwanted gift a couple of years ago - so it will require a new battery. 

Please note their is a clear plastic cover over the crystal which may make the close up pictures of the dial look a bit fuzzy - their is also another peel off transparent plastic cover over the back of the case also. I didn't want to remove them for the photos as they show that the watch has never been worn / used.
