Vintage USA Raytheon 5V4GA Vacuum Electron Tube RCA Box NOS Tested

One NOS tube.  Tested very strong and balanced. 

Test Results:  104, 104, no shorts, no leaks.

These tubes were carefully and thoroughly evaluated on a recently calibrated B&K Dyna-Quick Model 700 tube tester.  This tester checks for Dynamic Mutual Conductance, as well as shorts and gas/ leakage.  Each section of dual-section tubes are tested separately.  The meter scale is from 0 to 120.  Any test result between 0 and 54 is a fail.  Results from 55 to 66 are questionable.  And, from 67 to 120 the tube is good.  Of course, higher results are more desirable.  Generally, NOS tubes will test with results around 100.  Some particularly strong tubes can test between 100 and 120.

Test results may vary from one tester to the next, so I can not guarantee that the results of my tests can be exactly duplicated on some other type of equipment.
